The Bend/Redmond airport (RDM) is 30 minutes north of Sunriver and is served by United Airlines/United Express and Alaska Airlines/Horizon connecting through Portland, San Francisco and Seattle with direct flights to all major US cities. Climate
Sunriver is located in Oregon's high desert. Weather in late May is usually warm during the days and chilly at night. Although unlikely in May, there is always a possibility of a quick rain shower.
Surrounding Area
There are a number of other attractions around the Sunriver area. The towns of Bend and Sisters are located 20-30 minutes north of Sunriver and offer a variety of dining, shopping, and other activities.
